Venus is a smart mirror paired with an app that allows you to try on clothes virtually equipped with advanced technology that assists users in selecting the perfect outfit for specific events, weather conditions, and situations. The mirror employs artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to analyze various factors and provide personalized outfit recommendations. The mirror is paired with an app to further specify your choices.
For my Final Project, I collaborated in a team of 4 to develop product: Venus, a smart mirror that helps users select personalized outfits based on weather, events, and personal style. The project combined fashion, AI, and augmented reality to simplify and elevate the daily routine of getting dressed.
I contributed to the technology implementation, app interface design, and documentation, helping integrate AI algorithms with AR to provide real-time outfit recommendations. The mirror also tracks user preferences over time to refine its suggestions, offering a truly personalized experience. As part of the project, we developed a functional prototype, complete with a companion app that allows users to manage their wardrobe, virtually try on clothes, and receive styling insights. We also explored branding, business strategy, and marketing, envisioning partnerships with fashion retailers like Zara and influencer campaigns to introduce the product to early adopters.
The result is a future-forward fashion technology, bridging everyday usability with cutting-edge AR and AI, making style effortless and interactive for a wide audience.
